Christina Garcia, Lead Paralegal
Christina Garcia has been a paralegal for 11 years, 9 of those for Michelle May O’Neil. Ms. Garcia graduated from El Centro College in 1997 with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Ms. Garcia’s professionalism has been praised by judges, attorneys and clients alike.  


Sandra Allen, Paralegal

Sandra Allen has been a paralegal for 13 years.  For the first three-and-a-half years, she worked for the Tarrant County Domestic Relations Enforcement Division focusing solely on the enforcement of visitation and child support.  For the last 10 years, she has worked in the private family law arena.  In 2007, Ms. Allen obtained her board certification in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Ms. Allen lives in Arlington with her husband and four step-children.


Jessica Woodruff

Jessica Woodruff, Receptionist
Jessica Woodruff is the newest member of the O’Neil Anderson team, joining the firm in the Spring of 2009. Ms. Woodruff graduated from University of Arkansas in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Ms. Woodruff lives in Dallas with her husband.



Bill Iott, Firm Administrator
Bill Iott has worked in law firm administration for 21 years. For the past 5 years, Mr. Iott has owned Legal Works Consulting, where he provides contract law firm administration services related to client billing, accounts receivable/payable, and human resources. Mr. Iott lives in Plano with his wife and children.
