Green Policy

At O’Neil Anderson, we believe that sustainable development of our planet, industry, and mankind is a pressing issue that must be addressed with the highest priority. Based on this premise, we have implemented the O’Neil Anderson Green Policy. Under our Green Policy, we aim to retain superior client service while working to reduce our impact on our planet. In doing so we focus on:
  1. Utilizing electronic filing to conserve resources utilized in trips to the various courthouses;
  2. Sending correspondence and other communication with clients, opposing counsel and others via electronic mail to conserve resources;
  3. Recycling unneeded paper products and utilizing recycled paper products where feasible;
  4. Reduce the amount of plastic and aluminum products used by the office and recycling what is used;
  5. Implementing Energy-Star compliant office equipment; and
  6. Cleaning with environmentally-friendly cleaning supplies.
